Krushuna Waterfalls /Maarata/ is just outside the village of Krushuna, in Letnitsa municipality. It is a travertine water cascade, the biggest in Bulgaria.
The spring from the cave forms a carst waterfall high from 15 to 20 meters, climbing down the rocks through many travertine steps, bygor teraces, small water pools and lush green water plants.
Tourists can enjoy the waterfall walking along a trail with small bridges and stairs.
The hidden small rock cells were home to isihast monks hermits in the Middle ages.
